Behind the Scenes of Self-Trust:
Amy Colombo is a Board Certified Nurse Coach (RN, BSN, NC-BC) and Emotional Mastery Coach with over 23 years of experience in nursing, including leadership as a Nurse Manager. Her work focuses on helping purpose-driven women, especially nurses and caregivers, break free from self-doubt, burnout, and patterns of self-abandonment. Through her coaching practice, she has worked with over 100 paying clients and hundreds more through workshops, group programs, and speaking engagements. She specializes in inner child healing, nervous system awareness, and reparenting practices that build self-trust and emotional safety. This topic is both professional and deeply personal to her. Her own journey through childhood wounds, perfectionism, and emotional burnout is what led her to this work. The framework she teaches is not just theoretical, it is lived, practiced, and proven through the transformations she has witnessed in her clients and in her own life.
